"The worse service I have ever received. My old agent bob retired and I was assigned this agent on July 1. I called regarding an issue. They said they would look into it. I followed up next week and they didnt answer. Try calling the following week and still no answer. So I contacted the toll free number at state farm and had them transfer me. Then they picked up. So they were screening my calls. The lady stated she would call me back but never did. So I just switched agents. Just awful customer service. No one ever picks up the phone"
