"First, I will say I have been with State Farm for less than 6 months and the last 2 weeks have been some of the roughest of my life. Starting with a 6 way pipe burst in the house that I purchased the same day to getting into a car accident and lost my vehicle. "Update as of 2/9/2026: I must amend my original five star review as it was not disclosed to me that I was automatically enrolled in drive safe and save. I did not agree to nor ask for drive safe and save and no one explained to me or detailed what that would encompass or include. I do not want nor need my driving patterns monitored by my car insurance company. When I called, this resulted in a increase in my policy of $12 per month. Making the savings I created by switching to State farm significantly less (went from a savings of $60 a month to $47). The savings is still worth it and the policy is still better. And while it likely wasn't purposefully deceptive, it is absolutely frustrating. I hope that in the future, State Farm will be honest and transparent with new policy holders and ASK if they want to be a part of Drive Safe and Save and then explain, thoroughly, what that means...what it entails and what savings it creates. Original review: I switched my auto and renters insurance from progressive to state farm, and I'm thrilled with the results. After progressive raised my auto insurance premium by 60/month because of one minor accident under $2k, my first in over a decade, I shopped around. Zach, state farm, and this office not only treated me fairly, they gave me better coverage for less!! My auto liability doubled, uninsured motorist coverage increased, and both collision and comprehensive deductibles dropped from $2k to just $500. Roadside assistance is included, which I didn't even have before. Even better, my renters insurance is $12/month with state farm vs $22/month with progressive. Overall, my six month auto premium is hundreds less while the protection is clearly stronger. Bottom line: better coverage, lower deductibles, and a lower price - plus fair treatment after a minor incident. I'm very glad I made the switch. Highly recommend this state farm office and team, especially Zach!"
