"Not other issues outside of the fact they never ever answer the phone. So if you need something fast like in case your at the DMV they will never ever pick up."

We did have a period of time today where phones and computers were down but during that time we only received a few voicemails and they were all returned promptly. We understand this can cause an inconvenience and want to avoid it at all cost. Unfortunately today was out of our control. "Edit: I was born and raised in KY, my first insurance was in KY, Ive not been gone long. Idk who were trying to convince should be sorry?! I was the first group of 16 year olds to take the course for a discounted insurance in Ky, I've never had a violation, insurance has almost always been consistent, I was asked about insurance and answered honestly. I can't help how he entered in that information. This is a public forum and putting anything that may have been about my insurance past or present in it in the first place online on your part is reaching for negative attention. To blow someone's phone up with 7+ phone calls, from different numbers from this morning and this last one being at 3:34p and it started at 8:29a is also pretty crazy. We call once, we leave a message with apologies, and we wait. If you don't hear back then that's it. You don't keep harassing people. I spoke to a younger man today, when I called in for a quote. The man never asked me what kind of insurance settings that I wanted. He told me that my quote was going to be almost $600 a month. I haven't received a quote like that from anywhere. He told me if I didn't like that quote then I can go somewhere else, the name of the location that he gave me was an inappropriate name, he said that the guy's name was Mike, and I would probably speak to one of his associates about finding insurance that would take me and they could possibly help me get a lower claim. Mind you I have never been in a wreck where it was my fault, I've only had two people hit me in 5 years, and I've never had a parking violation a moving violation anything. Had me in tears thinking moving to Kentucky was the biggest mistake, because Kentucky has high rates. Per what the employee said. I called Kentucky farmers bureau, with a $500 deductible, and all of the same settings that that man set me up with, I pay around $150 a month. Now tell me that Man don't have some kind of scheme going on the side. Somebody needs to look into that, because you've lost a customer. And to somebody with a platform."

"I had an active policy with State Farm for approximately two and a half years without any issues. About five months ago, I moved and switched to a different insurance company. At the time, I had overpaid on my policy and was due a refund. Since then, I have contacted State Farm multiple times regarding the refund, but I have yet to receive it. On several occasions, employees entered my new address incorrectly, which has caused additional delays. Each time I call, I am told that the check will arrive within 14 business days, but it never does. I had been very frustrated with the situation and felt disregarded until Mrs. Gant and Mrs. Haus from State Farm reached out to me regarding my issue on August 26, 2025. Both were extremely helpful and resolved the matter within a week of communication. They also assisted me in receiving my refund check through an alternative method. I sincerely appreciate their professionalism, positive attitudes, and commitment to addressing and resolving my concerns."
